1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the k2game website at k2game.club and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and any other gaming products made available through the platform ("the Services"). The operator of k2game is referred to herein as "k2game", "the Company", "we", or "us".

By creating a k2game account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use k2game's Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and k2game. They apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, or bonus terms published on the k2game website, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

Access to k2game's Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. k2game strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 18. If k2game has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended and any funds held pending identity verification. k2game reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. k2game makes no representation that the Services are legal in all locations from which they may be accessed. Pakistani users are advised to review applicable local laws before registering.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active k2game account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances held pending investigation.
• Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of k2game, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

3. Account Registration

To access k2game's Services, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, email address or Pakistan mobile number, date of birth, and any other information reasonably requested by k2game during registration or at any subsequent time.

You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your k2game username or password with any third party. k2game will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify k2game immediately via the support channels listed in Section 13.

Know Your Customer (KYC): k2game operates a KYC policy in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. k2game reserves the right to request identity documents (including but not limited to a valid CNIC or passport) at registration or prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by k2game may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: k2game accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your k2game wallet immediately or within the timeframe stated for each payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being satisfactorily completed. k2game aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa within 15–60 minutes and bank transfers within 24 hours during banking business days. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or during periods of high demand.

Withdrawal conditions: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully KYC verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• If a deposit bonus has been credited to your account, the applicable wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawal of the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it.
• k2game reserves the right to conduct fraud and security checks before processing withdrawals. This may result in a delay. k2game will communicate any delay to the user.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet held in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Currency: k2game operates a PKR wallet. No currency conversion fee is applied to PKR transactions. For USDT TRC20 deposits and withdrawals, the conversion to/from PKR is applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

k2game may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other incentive schemes to registered users. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is made, including but not limited to:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from free spins must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual bonus offer.
• Time limits: Bonuses are valid for a fixed period, after which they expire and are removed from the account along with any associated winnings.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely from bonus play. Full game contribution rates are detailed in individual bonus terms.
• Maximum bet rule: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain outstanding, a maximum bet limit applies per round or spin. Placing bets above this limit during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• One bonus at a time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active at any time. k2game reserves the right to determine the order in which multiple bonuses are applied.

k2game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time, and to void bonuses and winnings obtained through abuse, collusion, or exploitation of bonus terms.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on k2game are subject to the following general rules:

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the User, except where an explicit cash-out facility is available and utilised before the event concludes.
• k2game reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or where a technical malfunction has affected the outcome displayed to the user. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the user's wallet.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply and vary by game, event, and market. Current limits are displayed within the game or betting interface.
• Winnings are credited to the user's k2game wallet immediately upon the confirmed settlement of a bet or game round.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet settlement, k2game's records shall be definitive, subject to the complaints procedure described in Section 13.
• k2game does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or betting market. Games and markets may be suspended or removed at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on k2game and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using k2game if you are under 18 years of age.
• Opening more than one account, whether personally or through nominees or associates.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity documents.
• Any form of collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of insider information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in k2game's platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Any activity that k2game reasonably suspects constitutes money laundering or fraud.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person without their knowledge or consent, or as a nominee for a third party.
• Attempting to circumvent any security feature, restriction, or responsible gaming tool implemented on the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the k2game platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, images, graphics, software, game interfaces, and audiovisual elements, is the property of k2game or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the k2game platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any k2game content without prior written consent from k2game.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k2game shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the k2game platform or any of its Services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services, including maintenance downtime.
• Any technical errors, server failures, connection issues, or delays experienced by the User.
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any changes to applicable laws in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction that affect your ability to use k2game's Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming

k2game is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. 18+ k2game is strictly for adult players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your k2game wallet.
• Loss limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose over a defined period before your account is temporarily restricted from further gaming.
• Session time alerts: Receive notifications when you have been actively gaming for a set period.
• Reality checks: Periodic pop-up reminders showing your net gaming balance for the current session.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntarily block your own access to k2game for a minimum period of 30 days or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11. Amendments to These Terms

k2game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, k2game will provide reasonable notice to registered users by email, an in-platform notification, or by posting the updated Terms on k2game.club with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of k2game's Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Services and close your account.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which k2game is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of k2game's Services shall first be subject to k2game's internal complaints procedure as set out in Section 13.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within a reasonable timeframe, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or regulatory dispute resolution bodies as applicable under k2game's operating licence conditions.
